High Performance Reconfigurable Accelerators and Processors
A Domain Adaptive Processor
A dedicated ASIC for a specific application is too costly with today’s advanced technology nodes and a general processor could not meet the performance requirement of various workloads. One approach to break the trade-off between the two is to design a programmable unified hardware that can be configured into different accelerators, making it adaptive to different application domains.
