Analog and mixed circuits (frequency synthesizers, data converters)
Current Research:
1. All digital frequency synthesizers Minimizing analog design effort is important to exploit the merits of all-digital frequency synthesizers such as portability and reconfigurability. My research focuses on a frequency synthesizer with DCO regulation scheme that minimizes analog design effort and improves the frequency tunability.
2. GPS receivers My research interest includes system level engineering of a low power GPS receiver composed of multiple layers of processor, analog front end, battery and harvester.
