Research Interest:
Neuromorphic VLSI design, low power circuit design, and high performance mixed-signal design.
Current Research:
Using embedded NOR flash arrays used to store multi-bit neural network weights and to perform computations required for neural network operation. I am currently designing a large scale neural network accelerator for image recognition and detection. This project uses a mixed signal design strategy to implement neural networks in a high performance, area and energy efficient design.
